English - Home Base Learning

Dear all,

This post is for your Home Base Learning for English for both days (Thursday and Friday). For this Home Base Learning, there have been numerous links set out for your reading pleasure. For you to learn more in depth in ways to develop your characters in a narrative story and how to write more interesting stories.

Your task:

1. Write a reflection of your learning(s) gained from this Home Base Learning. Write at least 70 words and leave your word count at the end of your reflection. An example of a word count - (73 words).

2. Write a composition on any of the following themes below to demonstrate your learning(s) gained.
    a) My Amazing Friend ______ (insert a name here)
    b) A Disaster
    c) The _____ (insert adjective here)  ______ (insert item here)

For task 2, your titles could be for example, 'My Amazing Friend Owen', 'The golden hands'.
